Medical Waiver:

We offer an optional five dollar medical cancellation waiver on day tours. It is for medical reasons only. A credit note will be issued if there is a cancellation. This credit note can be put towards any tour of your choice, no doctor's certificate is required, and there is no expiry date for this credit note.

Cancellation Charges:

Passengers are reqested to notify Cardinal Coach Tours or their travel agent immediately in the event that they must cancel a tour. Cancellation charges depend on the time at which Cardinal Coach Tours recieves notice of cancellation from either the customer or your travel agent.

46 or more days prior to departure - full refund. 45 to 30 days prior to departure - 50% of the tour price. 29 - 15 days prior to departure - 25% of the tour price. 14 days or less prior to departure - no refund. All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 administrative fee. If cancellation of one or more passengers occurs. Changing the rooming requirements of the remaining passenger(s), those passenger(s) still travelling must pay the applicable rate for the accomodation to be occupied.

Tour Cancellation:

In the event that a tour is cancelled, Cardinal Coach Tours will have no responsibilities beyond the refund of all monies paid by the passenger which is deemed to constitute a full and final settlement. Refunds will be credited in the manner in which they were received.
